In my previous homes I've always had furry friends, my circumstances do not allow it at the moment. Therefore I would love to help out take care of the kiddies when you can't. The money is for my time to take out of my daily routine and motivation of sorts not that I really need the money, I don't have to work too hard anymore so I take care of business on my phone, of course never not doing my duties as a pet sitter ;) with which I have a lot of experience with cats and dogs, from baby bambinos to adults. I have no preference of age or gender or previous training your friends have received or not I get along with pretty much all animals naturally I would like you and I don't even have to try, perhaps comes with experience (age? Is it a part of it?) perhaps they can sense it, but it's all good. I can even soft discipline dogs if you'd like me to help with that, it's nothing extra of course, am not a trainer, but i enjoy doing that as part of my routine if that's something that you prefer. Otherwise I'll just take care of business, enjoy nature, the outdoors, within limitations of what the little buddies can handle. 

I will make 30 min min walks, find the best parks or natural environments, make sure the toilet needs are taken care of and remains picked up, etc. Always on the leash unless owner or location approved by the parents of the friendly one. Always talking to dogs, looking them in their eyes and smiling, they respond to all kinds of attention and are more obedient then with the rules set.

With cats, I always attempt at getting close, if not ready I wait and let them approach me on their own time, which they usually do when they need to. We are only there on a need be basis for most cats, and when they need their humans the feeling is mutually beneficial, enjoyable. Food usually I used to have their cups filled and clean water ready and toilet clean, and they were happy because they always have something to pay attention to if they are not sleeping or wanting to be be attended to.
