Hello! Nice to e-meet you. We are Tatu (25) and Vilma (25), Finnish couple living and studying in Rotterdam. We would love to have our own pet one day, but our life situation with relocating to Rotterdam and having to travel somewhat fequently, isn't allowing it just yet. That is why we would love to take care of your pet for a day or even for longer if neccessary!

US & PETS

We are experienced in dog sitting, which we have done a lot in Rotterdam. We are familiar with dogs in variety of sizes and have some coming to our place on a regular basis.

We have both grown up with animals and especially with dogs. Tatu has had in total of three lovely Australian Terriers from 2004 until this date. Vilma is also familiar with smaller dogs, as her family had a Jack Russel Terrier until a few years ago. Vilma is experienced with a reactive/sensitive dog, with separation anxiety, and epilepsy. Tatu has experience with diabetes on dogs. Although we have had only small dogs as family dogs, we both have interracted/ taken care of bigger dogs as well.

As for other pets, Vilma has had several gerbiles when she was younger and has also been aroud cats all her life. 

MORE ABOUT US

We are both very active individuals and love the outdoors! This is why we would be more than happy to take dogs also for longer walks. We also love to cook and watch movies together. As we have different schedules during daytime, almost always either of us is at home and ready to hang out, especially with a pet.

HOME, SURROUNDINGS AND SERVICES

Our home is around 60 square meters with three rooms, with good space for your pet(s). However what should be considered is that we have stairs which are fairly steep!

We live close by to Zuiderpark and like to take walks there. We would love to go and play to the park and the surrounding areas, which are well suitable for dogs! Our schedule is mostly free, and we can do walks on a flexible schedule. We are also available for your pet to stay the night.
