Hi there! We are Karen and Denisha, a pet-loving couple living in Rotterdam. We know how important it is to leave your furry family members in hands you can truly trust, and we are here to provide a safe, loving, and attentive home-away-from-home for your dogs and cats.

Both of us grew up surrounded by pets, caring for animals is second nature to us. Karen had cats around, earl and charly, pumba and Timon (all british short hair) and denisha had a black cat called contented and a little dog called boo when she grew up.

We understand the unique personalities of both independent cats and energetic dogs, and we know exactly how to read their body language to ensure they feel entirely safe, secure, and relaxed in our care. Because there are two of us, your pet gets double the attention, affection, and supervision!

We offer both pet sitting and dog walking services. When your pet is with us, we make sure they receive all the essentials—from timely feeding and fresh water to plenty of playtime and cozy cuddles.

Our houde is a quiet apartment in the city centre, with green space close by. We also have a ln enclosed patio where your pets can spend time outside we isually keep the doors open if temperature allows so they can move freely. The house is open space so they can move freely through the house at there own pace. Upon new i troduction we usually keep them in the guestbedroom which is a space that is not to big and has furniture and beda to hide in/under until they are ready to explore more. Once your pet is fully acclimatized they will have full access to of the whole house. Baskets, tunnels and crates will be placed with your oets well eing in mind so we create a safe space for them.

Our caring style is tuned around the needs of you amd your pets, we will always follow their signals amd clues and never force anything. Our playtime is with their own toys if you wish m, and always at their pace. For cats we use laser, elastic cord toys and loose balls. For dogs we can play tug or fetch or get busy with food puzzles.

Dogs: If you wish to set the schedule for feeding, nap, and playtime, we will implement that. Else we follow a standard schedule between 7am first walk and 11 pm last walk, playtime, naps and feeding and midday/afternoon walks in between.

our walks usually last around 30-45 min (depending breed, age and needs of course) in local parks, tailored entirely to their usual energy levels. Weekend or midday walks can be done longer and include forest or beach.

Cats: we generally let them be and decide and follow their needs, unless you give us specific care times wuth medication etc.

When pets stay at your own house, we will follow your usual schedule.

We welcome cats and dogs of all sizes. First introductions are always at your and your pet's pace. We take it easy and make sure everyone feels at home and safe first. We propose to come and meet you and your pet first so we can let them meet us in their known environment. Our home is a quiet apartment with fenced courtyard, making it a peaceful retreat for your pets. We are generally available for both weekdays and weekends. When we sit at our home, we will be available full time, we wont leave your pets alone for longer times.

In case of difficult situations we know how to handle small emergencies ourselves and have a vet clinic around the corner. We know how to administer meds orally. We’ll always keep you updated with photos so you can have total peace of mind while you're away!
