Hi! I'm a Portuguese designer currently living in Rotterdam. I moved to the Netherlands three years ago and really miss being around dogs, as my own dog lives with my parents in Portugal. We adopted her when she was a puppy, and she is now 10 years old, so I have experience with dogs at different stages of life.

My boyfriend and I would love to have a dog of our own, but we still travel quite a lot, so we don't think it's the right time yet. In the meantime, I would love to meet your dog and share my love and care with them.

I usually go for a daily walk of 45 minutes to 1 hour in Het Park, along the Maas, or around Little C. At the moment, I also have a flexible schedule and would love to spend my time doing something I genuinely enjoy: caring for dogs and going on long walks.

My apartment is at the 3rd floor accessible only by stairs (Dutch houses stairs) and it doesn't have a garden, but we do have a nice balcony where your dog can enjoy the sun throughout the day. I can host both dogs and cats. If you prefer, I can also simply take your dog out for long walks, or I can come to your place to pet and play with your dog.

I accept a maximum of one dog of a small, medium or medium-large (30kg max), or two small dogs at the same time. Ideally, they should be trained, just to make sure they are safe and comfortable throughout their stay. I will follow your feeding instructions, take into account your dog's personality and behavior, and do my best to maintain their routine so they don't become anxious. I will not leave your dog alone, and if an emergency occurs, I will let you know immediately and, together, we can decide how to handle the situation.

If you're interested, we can arrange a video call or meet in person before the day you need me to take care of your pet. During the time I'm with your dog, I will be reachable at all times, and I can send you updates and photos of your dog.
