Hello, a dog and a cat mom coming from Türkiye here:) I am 23-years-old and was born and raised in İzmir, Türkiye. I came to the Netherlands to study university and graduated from Amsterdam University College with honors this past summer. I am currently in my gap year living in Rotterdam with my roommate, and I spend my endless free time reading books, calling my parents, visiting my friends and boyfriend in Amsterdam, researching immunopsychiatry, going to a Dutch course, and working.

I have a cat and a dog back home in Türkiye. My cat's name is Ginger and I saved her from the street. She has been living with my mom and I for nine years. Every time I go back to visit my family, we have our little snuggles to make up for the missed time. I also have a 7-year-old dog that lives with my dad. She is named Cookie and she is the most humane dog I have ever met. She loves to be petted and I enjoy petting, so we were a perfect match! When I take her out, I always appreciate how curious she is and I let her guide me most of the time which makes us look like we are two scientists in a field experiment:)

I am usually available mornings and afternoons on weekdays, and I can occasionally accommodate evenings or weekends upon request. I prefer to pick up and return your dog directly from you, rather than entering your home. I would tailor our walk to your dog’s energy level and needs. I prefer walks to nearby green areas or parks. For example, Het Park, but also I am flexible with depending on your location. I would walk on-leash walking at all times unless explicitly agreed otherwise. I would provide fresh water throughout the walk, and wipe off mud/dirt from their paws if needed. I would also always give you a short update with photos after our time together:) During our walks, I can also include basic reinforcement training like sit, stay, or shake/high five, as well as offer brushing.
