I’ve always loved animals and genuinely enjoy taking care of them. I grew up with a dog in Italy, who is now 10 years old, and having her taught me what it really means to care for a dog every day from walks and playtime to cuddles, routines, and everything in between.

Since moving to Rotterdam, I unfortunately don’t have a pet of my own yet. My boyfriend and I would love to adopt a dog someday, but with both of us working, we haven’t quite found the right moment yet. So, in the meantime, I’ve been looking after my colleagues’ cats whenever they’re away, and I absolutely love it! It made me realise just how much I enjoy having animals around and taking care of them.

I live in Rotterdam with my boyfriend, in the Kralingen/Crooswijk area. I mainly prefer hosting pets at my apartment, either for daycare or overnight stays, but I’m also happy to come to your home for dog walks if needed.

My schedule varies a little during the week. I work from the office in Amsterdam three days a week and work from home two days, which I can choose depending on the week. Weekends are generally quite flexible, with only a few exceptions. I’ll always keep my calendar up to date so you can easily see my availability.

I’m happy to look after both cats and dogs. Cats can stay with me for longer periods, as their needs fit well with my office-based schedule. With dogs, my availability is more limited during the week, so I’m mainly available for weekends or shorter stays.

For me, pet sitting isn’t really about earning extra money it’s mostly an opportunity to have animals around me, which is something I really miss.
