Hi! Thanks for reading my profile - my name is Kate and I've been an advocate for caring for pets for a total of 33 years! I was lucky enough to grow up with hamsters, rabbits, Guinea pigs, cats and dogs!

Learning how to care for animals and being in touch with their needs brings me so much joy. I feel we are so lucky to have pets and animals all around us and it's an absolute pleasure to be able to take care of them and have them in our lives!

My motivation for joining pawshake comes from my deep love for animals but also for my love of taking care and helping others. In my teens I volunteered at a dog walking centre and a cattery where cats stayed during their owners holidays.

I have many friends with pets and joining them on walks, or for cuddles with cups of tea are special moments I'd love more of in my day to day! I also love being outside and taking in nature and our surroundings.

I live with a friend in Rotterdam who also grew up with dogs. We have a large fully fenced lush garden and live over two floors. With an open plan living kitchen and dining and a cosy large bedroom on the ground floor, I can guarantee your furry friend will never be out of sight or without company!

I am easy going, patient and kind. I also have a flexible schedule and know many beautiful spots and ways to keep animals stimulated. It would be a pleasure to meet you and your furry friend 🙏🏼💫🐕🦮🐩🐕‍🦺🥰
