I am Defne, 26 years old young women who absolutely adores animals. I always had an animal when I'm growing up from rabbits to cats and I was responsible from their well-beings and for caring for them. I just moved to the Netherlands a year ago and have been missing my cat that I grew up with since then. Unfortunately, he's super old at this point and moving him to another country would cause a health risk so I had to leave my cat behind at my mum's house. Since I moved here, I have been pet sitting my friend's cat regularly but she doesn't need it aymore as much as she needed before. I decided to try and join a trust worthy pet sitting community to help other people care for their fur babies since I know however you care for your pet, you sometimes need some external help or support to make sure they're safe and taken care of when other responsibilities or plans get in the way. I am well experienced about caring cats and somewhat experienced about dogs but my love and excitement to care for them both is the same. I am currently living in an apartment that I share with my fiancee and we have more than enough space for an animal to join us time to time here. Additionally, I am a self-employed interior designer and mostly I make my own hours which gives me the great flexibility to have the time to spend with the fur babies. One of the main reasons that I want to become a pet sitter is, before eventually we adopt a cat or a dog, help others as much as we can and see how having one around will fit in our new lives here.
