Hi! My name is Diego and I recently moved to the Netherlands. I have always loved animals and being around them makes me feel at home wherever I am. Over the years, I have cared for different types of pets, including small and medium-sized dogs, energetic puppies, calm senior dogs and independent cats. Each one has taught me how important patience, observation and consistency are in daily care.

My motivation to be a pet sitter comes from the genuine connection I build with animals. I understand that every pet has a unique personality. Some need time and space to trust new people, while others are full of energy and love attention. I am comfortable handling shy pets, helping them feel safe at their own pace, as well as active dogs who require longer walks, structured playtime and mental stimulation.

I strictly follow the owner’s routine and instructions. Feeding schedules, portion control, medication if required, exercise levels and sleeping habits are always respected. I also have experience with house sitting, keeping the home clean, organised and secure while ensuring pets feel calm in their familiar environment.

During walks, I prioritise safety and awareness of surroundings. At home, I dedicate time to play, enrichment activities and companionship, but I also respect rest periods. I monitor behaviour closely to notice any changes in appetite, mood or energy.
