Op dit moment woon ik samen met twee lieve katers en weet ik als geen ander hoe belangrijk het is om met een gerust hart op vakantie te kunnen gaan.Ik heb de opleiding tot gedragstherapeut voor katten afgerond en heb veel ervaring met katten met uiteenlopende medische en gedragsproblemen, zoals onzindelijkheid, sproeien, angst en agressie. Daarnaast ben ik verpleegkundige, waardoor ik ervaren ben in het toedienen van medicatie, zowel oraal als via injecties.Tijdens je vakantie kom ik één of twee keer per dag bij je thuis om je huisdier de zorg en aandacht te geven die hij of zij nodig heeft. Ik verzorg eten en drinken, dien indien nodig medicatie toe, verschoon de bak/kooi of ga lekker wandelen met je hond, speel en knuffel, als hij of zij daarvan houd en hou je dagelijks op de hoogte. Sinds anderhalf jaar ben ik met vervroegd pensioen na veertig jaar in het onderwijs te hebben gewerkt. Ik heb nu tijd te over om te wandelen en ik doe dat graag met een hond. Ik heb zin om met uw hond een heerlijke wandeling te maken of om een poosje bij uw kat te verblijven.

Hi! Mijn naam is Jacky, ik ben 30 jaar oud, getrouwd en een trotse kattenmama van maar liefst zes lieve, mooie en ondeugende pluizenbollen. Al vanaf jongs af aan ben ik omringd door dieren: honden, schildpadden, konijnen en uiteindelijk vooral katten. Ik ben opgegroeid met kwispelende staarten en spinnende kopjes, en dieren maken nog altijd een groot deel uit van mijn leven. Zelfs op vakantie lijk ik ze aan te trekken – katten en honden weten me altijd feilloos te vinden, en ik geniet van elk moment met hen.
Mijn liefde voor dieren is dan ook de reden waarom ik huisdierenoppas ben geworden. Ik weet uit eigen ervaring hoe belangrijk het is om je viervoeter met een gerust hart achter te kunnen laten als je er even tussenuit wil. Iemand die liefdevol, geduldig en verantwoordelijk met jouw dier(en) omgaat, maakt écht het verschil.
Ik deed het vroeger al: waar anderen als bijbaan gingen babysitten of uitgingen, koos ik ervoor om op te passen op honden en katten. Terwijl vriendinnen op vrijdag- en zaterdagavonden op stap waren, bracht ik mijn avonden het liefst door met een kwispelende viervoeter of een spinnende kat op schoot. Voor mij was dat geen verplichting, maar juist iets waar ik echt naar uitkeek. Elk dier heeft zijn eigen karakter, en ik vond het geweldig om hun vertrouwen te winnen en goed voor ze te zorgen.
Oppassen voelt voor mij dan ook niet als werk, maar als iets natuurlijks en liefdevols. Ik begrijp hoe spannend het kan zijn om je huisdier achter te laten, zelfs voor een korte tijd. En ik weet hoe fijn het is – voor zowel jou als je dier – als ze gewoon in hun eigen vertrouwde omgeving kunnen blijven.
Omdat ik (behalve op dinsdagen) vanuit huis werk, ben ik heel flexibel inzetbaar. Ik kan mijn werk zelfs bij jou thuis doen, zodat ik de hele dag aanwezig ben bij je dier(en) en ze tussendoor alle aandacht en liefde krijgen die ze verdienen. Lekker samen spelen, knuffelen, gezelschap houden – ik kom niet alleen langs om eten en drinken te geven, maar om er écht voor ze te zijn. Een dagopvang aan huis is dus ook mogelijk, uiteraard in overleg over het tarief.

Hello, my name is Filipa, I'm Portuguese and I've always loved animals. I have a cocker spaniel who is the love of my life. I left him in the care of my parents in Portugal when I decided to move to the Netherlands. But every time I video call him, I always chat a little. I've always loved animals since I was little and I passed that passion on to my daughter, so being able to work with animals was a dream. In my country, I worked as a volunteer at an animal shelter. I believe that giving a little love and affection can change the life of every animal that passes through there. I can take care of all kinds of animals, whether they are dogs, cats, birds or rodents. I love them all.

long or short trips in parks with plenty of green spaces
I can administer medications and provide training services.
I can make 2 to 3 visits on the same day, and the duration can be discussed with the owners. I can water plants, collect mail, and anything else you need can be discussed.
I can stay overnight at the owners' house and all schedules can be discussed.
Initially, I don't offer any services from my home, but after meeting the animal and its owners, it would be possible for it to stay at my home, provided the animal is calm and tolerant of children.
