About me:

I have been surrounded by dogs for as long as I can remember. Since I am a child my biggest dream was always to have a dog of my own. That dream came true when I turned 12 and we welcomed our family dog, who has been with us for many wonderful years. Before that, I enjoyed walking my neighbors’ dogs, including a Golden Retriever, Old English Bulldogs, and a Jack Russell mix.

Unfortunately, when I moved to the Netherlands, I couldn’t bring our family dogs, and my current work schedule doesn’t allow me to have my own dog full-time. That is why I would love to help care for other people’s furry family members, giving them all the love and attention I can’t give to my own right now. Your dog will be in safe, in very loving hands!

My experience:

I have years of experience caring for dogs. We have two family dogs, who live with my parents.During my university years, I cared for Khloe, a French Bulldog, for over 4 years, from short weekend stays to extended periods of several weeks. Additionally, I often dog-sat for my boyfriend’s family dog, a Poodle mix.

Throughout the years, I have cared for a variety of breeds including Chihuahuas, American Staffordshire Terriers, French Bulldogs, Poodles, and Malteses. I am comfortable with dogs of all breeds and sizes, and confident in handling different personalities. Whether your dog is full of energy or more laid-back, I adapt to their individual needs to ensure they feel loved and cared for.

What My Home is Like:

I live with my boyfriend in a spacious house with a small garden, and we have no other pets. Depending on your dog’s usual routine, they can either sleep in the living room or in our bedroom—whatever makes them most comfortable.

How Much Time I Can Spend with Your Dog:

My work schedule is flexible—I typically work from home three days a week, with Fridays only until lunch. I only accept overnight stays when I can ensure I will be working from home the next day, so your dog will never be left alone and can be supervised 24/7.

What You Need to Provide:

Please bring your dog’s collar + leash, food, toys, bowls, towels, and bed. I will strictly follow any specific instructions you provide to ensure your dog feels at home.
