Wij zijn op zoek naar een rustig hondje om af en toe op te passen. Denk aan een teckel, corgi, labrador, beagle of vergelijkbaar ras. Grote, drukke of dominante rassen passen minder goed bij ons. We doen dit puur omdat we het leuk vinden, niet als grote onderneming. Liever worden we een vaste oppas voor één hondje dat hier af en toe logeert, dan dat we elke keer een nieuw gezicht zien.
Samen met mijn vriend woon ik in het centrum van Breda, vlakbij het Dr. Jan Ingenhouszplein. We hebben een tuintje en een park om de hoek. We werken allebei deels thuis en ikzelf ben altijd thuis op donderdag en vrijdag.
Alle dieren maken me blij. Eigenlijk mijn hele leven al. Thuis groeide ik op met Rottweilers, Mechelse herders en Groenendaelers. Die ervaring heeft me geleerd dat grote en sterke rassen echt een specialist verdienen. Iemand die daar dagelijks mee werkt en veel kennis heeft over het ras. Ik ben geen professionele hondentrainer, ik ben gewoon iemand die dol is op dieren en dat graag deelt. Vandaar mijn voorkeur voor een rustiger hondje.
We passen regelmatig op een teckel, een corgi, een beagle en een Friese Stabij. Stuur gerust een berichtje, ik kom graag kennismaken!

30 years old from Breda. I have wanted a dog for as long as I can remember, but due to my job and small apartment it's not my time just yet. Thats why I'm looking for some nice dogs to walk! I grew up with the German shepherd of my grandparents and also have experience with a Labrador retriever that I walk one dog one day a week, but the more the merrier :)

I work from home 5 days a week so can easily take a break and walk the dog during the day, but also available in the evening and weekends. Also available to dog sit (at your house), or my house if it's a smaller dog.

Ik werk onregelmatig als verloskundige, waardoor ik soms juist overdag tijd heb en in de nacht aan het werk kan zijn. Een prachtig beroep, al zeg ik het zelf ;)

Ik kan erg genieten van een wandeling, met een hond maakt dat het nog gezelliger! Ik loop regelmatig een rondje met een podcast op, maar mis het ook om met een doel naar buiten te kunnen gaan. Hey! I’m MJ, a student at Fontys University studying Digital Business Concepts (Marketing) and a lifelong animal lover. Growing up in Sint Maarten, I always had dogs around me, and caring for them taught me a lot about patience, responsibility, and understanding different animal personalities. One of my dogs had a very strong personality as a puppy, which taught me how important it is to respect a dog’s boundaries and build trust over time.
Since moving to the Netherlands for my studies, I sometimes miss having animals around. Spending time with pets always makes me feel calm and happy, which is one of the reasons I love pet sitting. I live in the centre of Breda. I am from Indonesia but have lived in The Netherlands for 6 years. I love dogs and enjoy spending time with them. I have a 2 year old Shihtzu-Pom dog in Indonesia and he is my greatest Christmas gift! I took care of him during his puppy phase, brought to the vet when he was sick and for vaccination, handled allergy, fed, showered, etc. I also help to pet sit my friends' dog a few times for some nights.
