Hi, I'm Astra! 30 years old with 20 years of pet-caring experience. I love having animals around, having taken care of them all my life growing up, so I happily offer my dog-sitting and daycare services to friends and neighbors, and now you! I am now back from a Pawshake break, but I have been pet sitting in Amsterdam since 2023.

Growing up I had several dogs, cats, and chickens. I helped care for other people's pets, and was a volunteer at an animal shelter, where I worked with dogs, cats, and birds - walking, cleaning cages, feeding. I also love horse riding and visiting farms around the country. Needless to say, animals are a huge part of my life. Rest assured I will care for your fur babies with as much love and attention as my own. 💗

Home details

Currently I live in a studio in Zuid-Oost, working from home 3x a week, without any pets. I live with my partner, who also has plenty experience with pets growing up (5 shih poos!). I'm comfortable with both small and large dogs, despite my small size.

Around my neighbourhood there are many open grassy park areas where I often play frisbee with humans and fetch with dogs.
