Hi pet parents! 🐾

My name is Monica, and I am 28 years old. I’ve been around pets for as long as I can remember. My mum's cat used to knead on her belly while she was pregnant with me, so I’ve technically been bonding with cats since before I was born. Ever since, animals have been a constant and deeply loved part of my life. I grew up with pets at home and caring for them as true family members. I have experience looking after both cats and dogs, with a particular soft spot for black cats and caniche (poodle) dogs, the same breed as my beloved childhood companion.

I live in Amsterdam with my husband and our rescue cat, Zen. He was saved from the streets of Romania, and helping him regain trust, health, and joy has been one of the most meaningful experiences of my life. Seeing a pet feel safe, relaxed, and loved is what motivates me most.

As a pet sitter, I offer calm, attentive, and genuinely loving care. I’m patient, observant, and very respectful of each pet’s individual needs, personality, and routines. Your pet will be cared for with the same dedication, gentleness, and affection I give my own.
