Hi there! My name is Carol from Indonesia and I currently stay in Netherlands for studying. I have 3 dogs at my home country (1 shihtzu and 2 poodles). I've been pet dog since elementary and I used to have a pomeranian and cihuahua. For my pet-sitting experience, luckily my housemate owns a dog too so sometimes I help her to walk the dog and giving the medicine.

Since I live in Haagse Bos, it would be a good opportunity for me to walk your dog around the park and it's a great chance to let your dog socializing with other dog there ;) I'd prefer to take care small-medium size dog but we can negotiate if you have big dog.

Being away from home made me realise that some "things" simply warm your heart. And secondly, they can bring PAWsitiveness for me. I have always missed my doggo, when I was in high school dormitory, I decided to be a volunteer at an animal shelter. I was working/ helping in 2 different shelters. We mainly took care of their food, walks and tidiness of cages. When I was younger we used to have many pets at home when people went on vacation, somehow our place became a pet sitting place, it made us adopt one on our own and made me fall in love with them. We have our dog for 10 years now and occasionally, I brought home some of the shelther dogs (it is allowed) to make them feel at home and loved.

Hi, I am Nicola, I am a 26 years old, living in Leiden and learning Dutch. I am originally from the United Kingdom but have also lived in Denmark and Switzerland. My hobbies are yoga, knitting and visiting museums. 
I have had pets most of my life - guinea pigs, rabbits, mice, dogs and cats. At the moment I look after our family cat. I really enjoy helping people take care of their animals.
When I was at University in the UK I dog walked most weeks for a charity (The Cinnamon Trust) and I enjoyed meeting the pets and their owners. I would go to the owner's house and collect the dog.  I would take the dog for an hour to a half-hour walk. Where I walked the dog depended on where they lived but I would always try to find some grass or open land. I would only let off a dog who I felt very confident with and had spent a long time walking. I have experience with small and medium size dogs such as Yorkshire terriers and Bull terriers.&nbsp;
While looking after pets I would listen to the owner's wishes and rules e.g. dietary restrictions and or behaviour towards other animals. I would be happy to house-sit for an owner for a couple of days to a week depending on the owner's demands. While staying at the owner's house I would take necessary security measures such as locking the front door properly and making sure to lock up the whole place when going out.&nbsp;

drop-in visits to the owner's home to check on and feed pets as well as other activities such as watering plants and bringing in mail

Dog Walking&nbsp;

Dog walking can be arranged but is tailored to suit the owner's wants and needs. Dog walks could be 15 minutes to 2 hours. Depending on where the owner lives walks could take part in a park and if they live in an urban environment it might just be around the city.

Once or twice daily for long or short stays can also include walking if required&nbsp;
