Hoi! Over mezelf
Mijn naam is&nbsp;Amy Lynn en ik ben een echte dierenvriend met een groot hart voor alle soorten dieren. Met 2 jaar werkervaring bij kinderboerderij De Pijp in Amsterdam heb ik veel verschillende dieren verzorgd en veel geleerd via mijn dierenarts paraveterinair opleiding die ik 2 jaar lang heb gevolgd. Later ben ik afgestudeerd in de reisbranche.
Daarnaast heb ik zelf twee husky’s, waarvan één een geadopteerde hond met een rugzakje. Hierdoor heb ik juist ook ervaring met grotere honden en dieren die wat extra aandacht, geduld en begrip nodig hebben. 
Ik ben een topsport atleet die naast het fulltime softballen dus ook graag met dieren bezig is. Ik ben lichamelijk heel sterk en fit, dus honden die trekken of onverwachts achter dieren aan willen gaan doet mij vrijwel weinig.
Thuis zorg ik voor mijn kat en hamster, dus ik ben gewend om met verschillende soorten huisdieren om te gaan.
Ik ben betrouwbaar, rustig en zorgzaam en ik denk graag mee, dus stel me gerust vragen.
De wandelingen
Duren minimaal 30 minuten. Als je wilt dat er langer wordt gelopen is dat absoluut geen probleem, dat kan in overleg anders. Voor huisbezoeken geldt het zelfde. Je kunt aangeven wat je verwachtingen zijn. Ik heb een eigen auto, dus ik vind het ook niet erg om uw hond mee te nemen ergens naartoe. Misschien kunnen we daarvoor dan wel reiskosten bespreken! :) 
Mijn eigen honden gaan regelmatig naar een privé omheind losloop veld voor 4,50,- (1 uur lang) Dit is een leuke optie ook als de beschikbaarheid van het veld het toelaat voor uw hond als hij behoefte heeft daaraan. Hier kunnen ze vrij rennen zonder zorgen te hoeven maken dat ze met andere honden in contact komen. Ontsnappen kunnen ze hier niet. 
Beschikbaarheid
Stuur me gerust een berichtje. Ik denk graag mee. Dinsdag/donderdag avond kan ik niet. Zaterdagen ook niet. Dan speel ik wedstrijden.
Medicijnen?
Geen probleem als het op dat moment nodig is.
Noodsituatie? Natuurlijk is dit een uiterste en doe ik er absoluut alles aan om niet in dreigende situaties te komen. Als dit toch door omstandigheden gebeurd dan:
- Ik bel de eigenaar en leg de situatie uit. Daarna door handelen wat nodig is.
- In een ernstig geval kan ik naar de dichtstbijzijnde (of voorkeur) dierenarts rijden. Kosten zijn dan wel voor de eigenaar.
- Bij twijfel neem ik altijd contact op met de eigenaar

I'm a responsible caring person who - ideally - wants to spend all her time with dogs! My name is Marina, I am 27 years old and I just moved to the Netherlands (I live in Hoofddorp), trying to build a life here! I love a good dog walk in the park - day or night -. I've never been an official pet sitter before. This is my first baby steps, but I have been near dogs all my life!! I grew up with my grandparents who had Suzie, a sweet little Poodle. We grew together and I will always hold her memory in my heart.. Also back in Greece I've had my friend's dogs over many many times so they can go on vacation or at work. Each dog is unique, and each one has something to teach us. When I was in high school, we had an Alabay dog called Rochelle. She was calm and lazy, but had a good heart and never bit or barked at us. Despite her 70-kilo frame and menacing face, she was afraid of anything bigger than a Chihuahua. Now my wife and I have a cute little Labradoodle named Perzik, who is the bravest dog I know, zooming around, making friends with furry giants and chasing the most stubborn cats away.&nbsp;I have a lot of experience with my two dogs, but it's still not much. This is why my motivation to become a dog sitter is to get to know other peoples' dogs, learn from them, and use this to bring up my own puppy. And I believe that the best way to learn is to play and explore.I've had a lot of cats throughout my childhood too, and we have two cats that we left with our parents - boy Marsik and girl Nuytka. Both rescues and both very affectionate, just angels. A couple years ago we took care of two sweet kittens for three weeks, they were a blast. Last summer I house sat two older cats for a month. It was definitely different than dogs - you have to take care of them from a distance, not to be too intrusive, but give them affection when they ask for it. It was really nice to chill out with them on the couch or play in the backyard.
A little bit about my dog: at 11 months, he has a fixed routine, listens to us wery well at home (not so well outside :), knows a lot of tricks - from "come" and "paw" to "roll around", "play dead" and "middle". We are learning to not pull the leash and not to be distracted outside. It's a slow process, but we are having a lot of progress already. He is not very motivated by food, which is challenging, so we had to learn a few tricks ourselves, just to keep his attention on us. He loves playing with other dogs, and is always very friendly to humans and dogs alike.

Ik ben 36 jaar en woon in Vijfhuizen met mijn vriend, onze twee Roemeense honden Teddy en Teuntje en twee katten. In het dagelijks leven werk ik parttime voor een beautymerk. In mijn vrije tijd geniet ik van lezen, schrijven, koken en vooral van de natuur. Samen met onze honden maken we graag rustige, lange wandelingen.
Omdat ik veel liefde en aandacht heb voor hondengedrag, help ik graag in mijn vrije tijd andere hondenbaasjes met het uitlaten van hun hond. Dat kan tijdens een individuele wandeling, helemaal afgestemd op jouw hond, of samen met mijn eigen honden tijdens een ontspannen sniffari. Hierin denk ik graag met je mee. Over mij en mijn ervaringIk ben opgegroeid met een Jack Russell genaamd Balou en wist al jong dat ik later zelf honden wilde hebben. Vijf jaar geleden adopteerde ik mijn eerste hond uit Roemenië Teddy. Daardoor weet ik uit eigen ervaring hoeveel er komt kijken bij het begeleiden van een hond in het stadsleven, en zeker van een rescuehond die kon uitvallen.
Met Teddy volgde ik onder andere gehoorzaamheidslessen, speurlessen, apporteerlessen en een hond-paardworkshop. Twee jaar geleden kwam Teuntje erbij: een lieve, zachte hond die vriendelijk is naar andere honden. I’m 36 years old and I live in Vijfhuizen with my boyfriend, our two Romanian rescue dogs, Teddy and Teuntje, and our two cats. I work part-time for a beauty brand, and in my free time I love reading, writing, cooking, and spending time in nature. One of my greatest joys is going on peaceful, enriching walks with our dogs.
Dogs and their wellbeing are truly close to my heart. Because of my love for dogs and my interest in canine behavior, I enjoy supporting other dog owners by offering calm, attentive, and loving dog walks. About me and my experience
I grew up with a Jack Russell named Balou, and from a young age I knew I wanted to have dogs of my own one day. Five years ago, I adopted my first dog from Romania, Teddy. Through Teddy, I learned firsthand how much care, patience, and understanding can be involved in supporting a dog in everyday city life — especially a rescue dog who may struggle with reactivity.
With Teddy, I have attended a variety of activities and training courses, including obedience classes, scent work, retrieve training, and a dog-horse workshop. Two years ago, Teuntje joined our family — a sweet and gentle dog who is friendly with other dogs. In addition, I regularly care for my parents’ dog and have also fostered rescue dogs from abroad for the foundation Help een hond.
