Growing up in Brazil, my home was practically a zoo with dogs, chickens, birds, fish, and rodents. I felt an instant bond with all of them—and I think the feeling was mutual!

Later in Budapest, I fostered rescue cats and dogs for a major organization. That’s where I officially fell head-over-heels for felines, often opening my home to these whiskered houseguests until they found their forever humans.

Whenever I had free time, you’d find me at local shelters taking pup after pup for long walks.

As a massive nature lover, nothing makes me happier than strolling through green trails with a happy dog by my side. I treat every animal like family and go above and beyond to make sure they feel completely relaxed, safe, and spoiled in my care.

Flash forward to over four years ago: my son was born, and we relocated to the Netherlands with my husband—who, in a tragic twist of fate, turned out to be terribly allergic to fluffy pets!

Since my son inherited my intense animal-loving genes and we can’t host a resident fur-ball, we’ve cleverly turned our garden into the neighborhood’s hottest pet hangout. Neighboring cats and dogs pop by daily, and the local felines even have full VIP access to inspect our indoor garden while bird-watching the wild birds we feed in our trees.
