I have an enormous love for animals, as I grew up around them in my village in Greece. Six years ago I adopted my first dog from a shelter in Athens—the best boy in the world—who I sadly couldn’t bring with me to Amsterdam, and I miss him every single day. Being around animals is a huge part of who I am, which is why I’d love to spend my time here caring for them and getting to know not only the people of Amsterdam, but all of its wonderful dogs, cats, and other furry friends too!

I understand how important it is to know your pet is in safe and caring hands. I’ll always make sure they’re fed on time, get plenty of exercise, have lots of playtime, cuddles (if they enjoy them!), and never feel lonely while you’re away. Every pet has their own personality and routine, and I love getting to know what makes each one special.

I’m generally available in the mornings, afternoons, and evenings, and I’m happy to work with your schedule whenever possible.

For dog walks, I love exploring nearby parks or strolling around the neighbourhood at your dog’s own pace. Every walk is different because every dog is different! Some love running around and making new friends, while others prefer a quiet sniffing adventure. I truly believe sniffing is one of the highlights of a dog’s day, so we’ll take our time letting them explore the world through their nose, catch up on all the neighbourhood news, and enjoy the walk without rushing. There will also be plenty of pets, encouragement, treats (if allowed), and playtime along the way.

For home visits, I’m happy to stay for as long as booked to make sure your pet gets attention, company, fresh food and water, playtime, cuddles, and of course bathroom breaks or litter box cleaning when needed. I can also water your plants, bring in your mail, and help keep your home tidy while you’re away.

If your pet needs oral medication, I’m happy to administer it as long as clear instructions are provided. While I’m not a professional trainer or groomer, I’m very patient, happy to reinforce any training you’re already working on, and I’ll happily brush your pet if they enjoy it.

If I’m house sitting, I’ll make sure your home is treated with the same respect as my own. I’ll keep doors and windows locked, follow any security instructions you leave, keep your pet’s routine as normal as possible, and make sure they feel safe, relaxed, and loved until you’re back home.

It would honestly be a joy to spend time with your pet, and I can’t wait to meet their unique little personality!
