Dogs have been my greatest obsession since childhood. For nearly six years, I cared for a German Shepherd Tila, which gave me experience with demanding and restless dogs. We did long walks, running and training.

I’ve also fostered Millie, a rescue dog from Dubai with special needs. When she first arrived, she was frightened of everything and everyone, including me, and wouldn’t let me get close. Earning her trust took time, patience, and consistency, but after a few weeks she had completely opened up. Watching her grow into a confident, affectionate dog was incredibly rewarding and taught me the importance of adapting to each dog’s unique personality, pace, and needs.

Although I’m not able to have a dog of my own at the moment, I truly miss having dogs in my life. I would love the opportunity to care for your furry friend. You can count on me to treat your dog as if they were my own—with patience, reliability, and love❤️

Recently, I had an opportunity to dogsit Molly, another rescue dog, in Amsterdam Jordaan. Through that experience I learned that the location and facilities of your home are an important factor to my decision making.

I’m primarily available for longer-term dog sitting in Amsterdam (preferably central) or Haarlem/Overveen/Bloemendaal while you’re away on holiday or travelling, rather than daily dog walking.

I have a full time office job in Amsterdam. Although it's rather flexible and I can work from home some days, I have to show up at meetings when necessary.
