Hi! I'm Val, based in Groningen, and dogs have been a steady part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up with a dog by my side from childhood. I sadly lost her last year.

For the past three years I also had a regular companion: one rescue dog I walked and cared for three times a week. We became her second family, so we ended up taking care of her during her family's vacation, when they had to travel without her. We even took her to vet appointments and I had a great bond with her. In that time I learned how much rhythm, patience, and a bit of attention really matter. Every dog has its own character, and that's exactly the part I enjoy. One wants to run and sniff out every corner, the other prefers a calm little loop around the block. Both totally fine by me.

What I offer is mainly walking. A walk usually lasts around 30 to 60 minutes, depending on what your dog likes. We head outside, get some movement, explore a little, and unwind. Your dog comes home tired and satisfied. But I am also open to have the dog at my place during the day, while you're away.

I work for myself as a creative and have a flexible schedule, so I'm happy to think along about set moments during the week.
