Located in Groningen city centre. All my sittings include a first meeting at your house, free of charge, with you and the cat, where I do a usual pet sitting and you can give me all the tips you need for your cat's specific needs.

Hello, I'm Maria, i'm currently studying chemical engineering in Groningen. I am from Romania, where I gathered intensive experience with cat care. I have 5 cats back home, and have experience with any needs your cats might have. I have taken care of babies ( feeding formula), pregnant cats, cats with respiratory issues and geriatric cats. I can give your cat the exact nutrition he or she needs, whether that is measuring food, adding supplements or feeding medicine. I can also play with your cat, help with sleep or energy issues. You just have to ask me! Depending how far away you are located I can do as many visits as necessary. I would prefer sitting for a minimum of a few days because I think having a bond with a cat and making it comfortable is very important. 

For a pet sitting session, I will take as much time as the cat might need. I will always check her litter, feed the cat, as well as look for any signs of discomfort. For sociable cats, I will make sure to spend some time with them so they feel a bit better about you being away. I can also administer medicine and supplements as needed, make sure her water is filled, add water to her wet food if this is what the owner is used to. I can also administer injections only provided that the owners give me a demonstration first. I can spend anywhere from 20-60 minutes per sitting.

 If you book me, we can discuss how a daily session with your cat will look like. Normally it would start by me checking and cleaning the litter, feeding, and spending a bit of time with the cat.

I will keep you updated on your cat via whatsapp, I will give you all the information you need and photos if you want that. 

I only have extensive experience taking care of cats. I could take care of dogs if needed, but for dog only care I believe there are other more suitable sitters on the platform. 

I can provide care from 8AM to 8PM. In case of emergencies, I will go to your cat as soon as possible even if it is outside my working hours. I will always make sure that your cat is safe, all windows/doors are closed, that she's not acting unusual etc. I can also take care of more cats at once.

 I currently do not speak dutch but i'm taking classes, currently have an A1 level. Can't wait to take care of your cat!
