I’ve been surrounded by animals my whole life, starting with a family dog and later a cat who became incredibly important to me. Because of this, I’m very comfortable reading animal behavior and understanding their needs, whether that means giving an energetic dog enough exercise or creating a calm, safe space for a more reserved cat.

Over the years, I’ve regularly taken care of pets for my parents’ friends while they were away. This included feeding, walking, cleaning litter boxes, administering basic care, and spending quality time with them so they felt relaxed and secure in their owner’s absence. I’ve looked after both dogs and cats with different temperaments, from playful and active to shy or older animals who need a gentler approach.

Since moving to Groningen for my studies, I’ve really missed having animals in my daily life. Pet sitting is not just a job for me, it’s something I genuinely enjoy and feel confident doing. I’m patient, attentive, and I always follow the owner’s instructions carefully to make sure each pet’s routine stays consistent.
