I’m originally from South Africa and currently living in Groningen, where I’m doing my master’s in Islands and Sustainability. Back home, I grew up with border collies and we still have one in the family, so dogs have always been a central part of my life. I spend a lot of my time outdoors – walking, trail running, and exploring – and I love sharing those adventures with dogs. My collie is my best companion for walks, cuddles, and outdoor fun, and I truly understand the energy, love, and care that dogs need. I have experience house-sitting and pet-sitting in Cape Town, where I looked after pets and often took dogs up into the mountains for long hikes. I’m responsible, caring, and active, and I really enjoy building a bond with the animals I care for. Pets are not only fun to adventure with but also deeply comforting and healing – they bring so much value to our lives. Since I miss my own dog back home, I see pet sitting here in Groningen as a way to give my care and energy to someone else’s beloved companion. I’ll make sure your pet feels safe, loved, and happy while you’re away.
