Hi! My name is Luca, I am 21 years old and I would love to take care of your pet(s) here in Groningen or even outside the city.

I’ve been surrounded by animals my whole life – growing up in Germany, my family always had pets, and I’ve been caring for them since I was little. Until I was 11, we had a wonderful cat who lived to the age of 17, and since then we’ve had a Beagle who is still part of our family. My grandparents also had a Hovawart, and through friends and relatives, I’ve looked after many different breeds of dogs and cats.

In addition to dogs and cats, I have a lot of experience with smaller animals such as rabbits and guinea pigs (we had them until I was 16), and I’ve also worked with horses for all my life. No matter the species, I truly enjoy spending time with animals, learning their unique personalities, and making sure they feel happy and safe.

I’m flexible with transport – I have a bike for local visits, but I can also drive with a car if needed. This means I can not only reach you easily but also take your dog to new and exciting places outside of the city so they don’t always walk the same route.

To make sure you can fully enjoy your vacation without worries, I'm happy to send daily photo updates of your pets. I can also water your plants if you're away for longer periods.

On top of that, I’m fluent in English and German, and ik spreek ook een beetje Nederlands 😉.

I would be more than happy to take care of your pets, whether that means walks, feeding, playtime, or just keeping them company. For me, animals are family, and I promise to treat yours with the same love and respect I give to my own.
