My name is Aoife, I am 28 years old. I am originally from Ireland but I have just moved to Groningen to return to college to study Psychology. I have spent the last five years working as a network engineer in the IT sector, now I am looking for some part-time work to support my studies. 

I come from a dairy farm so I am used to being surrounded by all kinds of animals!! I have had dogs and cats my whole life. I brought my dogs for walks through the forests and beaches around my house in Ireland. And the cats were treated like royalty! I also have experience with rabbits and hamsters. I am missing it very much so I would love to look after your furry friends!!

I currently live on Vlasstraat 9712KS, so I am close to Noorderplantsoen for walks. I am also willing to travel for home visits or if there's a park you prefer, we can go there. 

I absolutely love all animals!! I much prefer being around dogs and cats to being around people, so this is genuinely my dream job!! 

Having grown up with pets I have administered many different medications. For example; worm tablets regularly for the dogs and worm serum for the cats, I minded a dog that had an eye infection so I had to clean the eye and apply eye drops twice a day, and many other things but I have never administered an injection. 

I have experience in pet sitting. I minded my parents and siblings' pets when they went on holiday. I also dog-sat for a colleague in Ireland for two weeks last summer. It was a puggle and I worked from their house during the day, so I could take her for walks, feed and play with her, etc. 

I am very active so I can bring your dog for a nice long walk to tire them out when you have had a long day at work, or if you are away for a day I can call over to check in on your pet to make sure they are not lonely! I am also available for overnight stays if you decide to go away for the night!
