Hi, I'm Elena, and I'm a mum to a munchkin and two cats.

I love my cats and having been on the side of needing a sitter, wanting to ensure our pets were looked after in their own surroundings, I want to be there to provide that for others too. I understand the difficulty and anxiety that the change can provide, and therefore I am happy to assist in reducing that for your furry loved ones.

I naturally have experience with my own cats, and I have had some experience looking after friend's animals, and some time on a dairy farm. I am confident in my abilities and as well as my ability to learn rapidly, therefore ensuring the best care for your pets.

I very much believe in not forcing an animal to come to me, so I go into a new meet with an animal relaxed so they can figure me out on their own terms. It is then my intention to meet their needs, for example when my cats come up and head butt me wanting attention 😂 or of course vocalise to let me know they are out of food.

I do my best to ensure that animals are comfortable in their place, with me, and that I meet their needs, as animals are just as important as us. I prefer to discuss with people about their pets' needs,for example if one dog requires a long walk, whereas another may need a shorter walk, I will tailor it for them. This is also similar to cats, in that Is will tailor the care to them as required by yourselves.

I therefore like to set up a first meeting with you so that this can all be discussed as well as a plan for emergencies (for example if I get your vet details should I need to call them during the day).

I'm a colourful person, and I would love to meet your furry companions. I am comfortable with English and Dutch. Please don't hesitate to send a message and ask me anything specific.
