Hi, dear pet owners! My name is Zarina, I’m 28, and I’m a geologist. Right now I’m taking a short break from my scientific work, so I’d love to spend this time doing something I really enjoy - taking care of animals.

I have a lot of experience with pets. I’m a co-organizer of volunteer projects in different countries that help stray animals, so I’ve worked with many cats and dogs with very different personalities. Because of this, I understand animal behavior well and usually find the right approach even with shy or nervous pets. Besides cats and dogs, I also have experience caring for other animals like rodents, spiders, and snakes. I carefully follow all instructions and can give medication if your pet needs it. I do my best to make sure your pet feels safe, calm, and cared for while you’re away. And of course, I will be in touch daily, sending you cute pictures of your babies. I also have a car, so in case of an emergency, I can take your pet to your veterinary clinic. 

I offer dog walking, pet sitting, and cat boarding at my home. I only offer boarding for cats now – no dogs. I’m an active person and enjoy walks, so your dog will get plenty of exercise. A standard home visit usually takes 30-40 min but can be extended. If two visits per day are needed, I usually come once in the morning and once in the evening to make sure your pet gets enough attention, care, and playtime. I have two friendly cats at home, so it’s important that visiting pets are vaccinated to keep everyone here safe. When a new cat stays with me, I introduce them gradually and carefully to reduce stress. I can also keep cats separated in different rooms so everyone has their own safe space. A typical day for cats staying with me includes feeding, playtime, quiet rest, and lots of love and attention. Of course, the routine always depends on your cat’s personality and needs. Some cats love active time and play, others prefer watching birds from the window or simply relaxing on a cozy bed nearby. For very shy cats, a smaller and quieter space surrounded by their own things that smell like home can help them feel much safer and more comfortable. I can provide all of that.

If needed, I can also water your plants and keep an eye on your home while you’re enjoying your well-deserved vacation.
