🐾I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember! It all started when I was five years old and found a tiny black kitten stuck in a tree in my aunt’s backyard 🐱🌳. I thought it was the cutest thing ever and tried to sneak it home by hiding it under my blouse 🙈. Of course, it started meowing in the car 🚗 and my mom quickly found out... but luckily, she let me keep it! And just like that, my lifelong love for animals began 💕.  

Growing up in Aruba 🇦🇼, our house was basically a mini zoo, with four dogs and two cats running around 🐶🐶🐶🐶🐱🐱. It was chaotic at times, but it was also filled with so much love. Even today, my brother has five dogs back home, and I often help care for them whenever he’s away 🐾.

I also volunteered every Saturday at SGT Pepper, a local animal shelter in Aruba 🐾❤️. There, I helped feed the animals, clean their spaces, and, of course, give them all the love and attention they deserved 🥰. This experience taught me how rewarding it is to care for animals and how much love they give in return.

Now that I’ve moved to the Netherlands 🇳🇱📚 for my studies, I unfortunately had to leave my furry friends behind. I miss them every day, but my passion for animals is as strong as ever! Whether it's helping family with their pets, volunteering, or spending time with animals whenever I can, I’m always happiest around furry companions 🐾💛.
