About Pegah

Hoi!

Ik ben Pegah, of Peggy. Ik ben een fulltime petsitter sinds 2015 en ik verzorg huisdieren in op Pawshake sinds 2018 tot eind 2023.
Ik ben in januari naar Nederland verhuisd en wil graag weer voor huisdieren zorgen, want ik heb mijn werk altijd met veel plezier gedaan.

My name is Pegah, you can call me Peggy. I'm a full-time petsitter since 2015 and I've been providing pet-care services in on Pawshake since 2018 to the end of 2023.
I've recently moved to the Netherlands this January and I'd like to take care of pets again. I always enjoyed my job and had a lot of fun taking care of cats and exotic animals.


Ik begrijp Nederlands omdat ik vloeiend Duits spreek. Je kunt contact met me opnemen in het Nederlands, ik zal mijn best doen. Mijn man is Nederlands en hij kan ook helpen in noodgevallen.

I can speak English, German and Persian. Feel free to contact me in whichever language you are comfortable with. 🤭


I’ve grown up and worked with all kinds of animals (birds, cats, dogs, etc.), and have experience handling them. I have volunteered at rescue shelters in my come country, and have experience with handling dogs that have issues such as trust, anger, anxiety, etc.


Through Pawshake, I can play with a lot of cats and dogs. Unfortunately, I can’t have cats due to my family’s allergies, so Pawshake lets me live that dream! ♥



If you book with me:


Your pets will be cared for, played and cuddled with.


You will always receive daily pictures and videos through WhatsApp. Prepare to receive many of them! Please note that all updates and photos are sent every evening to all customers at the same time. (Exception of if there is an emergency involving your pet.) Currently the pictures are sent between 18:30-19:30, this can change during high season such as Summer holidays and Christmas.


If you have any plants, I will take care of them. You just need to give me the details on what they need.


I will always check your pet's health and also look for any unusual behaviours. In case of a health emergency or an accident, you will be contacted immediately. I’m also always available and you can contact me whenever.


I can absolutely give your pets injections or oral medications if needed. I also have experience with CPR and first-aid care for pets.

Please note:


• I cannot provide daycare services for pets in my house. :(

• All the photos on my profile are pictures I’ve taken of my customers over the last 9 years! ♥ 

• I do not smoke. :) 



• You must let me know if there are any cameras recording in your home. You can of course monitor and review the footage, however you cannot share any footage of me on social media. Any footage of me would ideally have to be deleted 48 hours after recording if it is not needed for any official purposes. Thank you for your understanding. :)



• Once the booking starts, there are no refunds. This applies when you return earlier than expected too. Paid visits are non-transferrable to any future bookings after when original booking has started. This is also shown on my profile and is in line with Pawshake's ToS.



• I'm not an employee at Pawshake. This is just a platform for petsitters to use for safety and discovery. Pawshake takes 19% of every booking, therefore if you require a receipt, you will have to receive this from their payment processing platform, Stripe.
