Hello my name is Amélie Boulanger and I am a 20 year old student here in Amsterdam. I applied to become a pet sitter because I grew up surrounded by all kinds of animals and since I moved out I miss being around them. 

I have previous experience with dogs, because I have two myself in my home country. I have a young Chihuahua, which we had since she was a puppy and I have a senior Labrador, which we adopted when she was 3 years old. Due to them, I am used to be around dogs who are either small or tall, young or old, lazy or energized. As for cats, few of my friends back home had them and I sometimes fed them or played with them, if my friends were on vacation with their families.

Unfortunately I can't offer Dog Boarding or Doggy Day care, because I live in a student complex where pets aren't allowed.

But that isn't stopping me from wanting to help people who still need help and are searching for someone who can walk their dog or visit their pets at their home. 

I am looking forward to hearing from some of you and to hopefully get to know a few lovel dogs and cats!
