Whilst is this certainly started as I just wanted to play with some dogs over the summer holidays, it has now become a full time job and one I love, I have a number of regular dogs who come to stay or just for a walk. I've been doing this job for a little over 6 years now and have found a hidden calling with so many lovely doggies (and cats) who have become like my own, including some whose owners only have to pay for their stay if they actually pick them up at the end of the time. Also open to cat sitting, although I do not take cats into my own home partly as cats are less comfortable with this but also as I regularly have dogs on the property. I have worked in the past with cats and dogs, both here with my company as well as for the MSPCA and RSPCA, where I would volunteer. I do not offer any "at your house" sitting or day care, it is all conducted at my place of residence and often with other dogs around. If your dog struggles with socialising this is an easy fix (albeit varying in time). Please note! I will not take dogs I haven't met and vetted!
