Hey! I am Violaine and I am 30. I am a French girl who lives in Rotterdam for 8 years now. I am working in the Netherlands as a graphic designer and illustrator (freelance). Ik spreek ook Nederlands maar het is makkelijker voor mij om in het Engels te schrijven.

I love to be surrounded by nature and parks and my appartement is located near Kralingse park, I have a lot of green areas around me which allows me to have nice and inspiring walks.

I was raised with animals in France, my house was always full of love because I had the chance to have 3 cats, a dog (yorkshire), 2 chinchillas, 2 hamsters, 5 turtles and 2 cats. My life is dedicated to animals, I am part of several associations here like four paws and WWF. I used to help in a shelter when living in France and I really enjoyed being close to the dogs and cats to give them love and bring them hope.

I don’t have now my cats around and I miss them that’s the reason why I want to be a dog/cat sitter. I am now a freelance graphic designer which means I work from home and have more time during my days, it also means I have the freedom to organize my days as I want.

I obviously need company and go outside that's why taking care of animals is a really nice hobby and solution for me. I can walk your dog from 30 minutes to an hour and if needed multiple times during the day. I love walking and get some fresh air even more when it’s with the sweet company of a dog. I can work from your house to look after your pet for a whole working day or a half working day but I only accept to sleep to your place for a maximum of 3 nights in the area of Rotterdam.

I want to make some time as well to play and or course feed your pet when necessary. I had a small internship as a veterinary (pet doctor) so I know how to recognize if a pet is not okay.

I only offer home garderie for small dogs (yorkshire, chihuahua, teckel, caniche…) and accept only one dog per day. I am working at home the whole and live near Prinselaan park so I can walk the dog 3 times during the day for 30 minutes each walk. Of course I will also make some time to play with your dog. The dog can be brought on morning (after 8h30) and can be picked up on the evening (at max 20h00). I have a big living room where a little bed for him can be installed with toys!

I am calm, attentive and talkative (yes I love to talk to my cat!)
