Fernando is a biologist with over 20 years of experience working with animals of all kinds, from beloved pets to exotic species. His deep understanding of animal behavior and needs ensures your companion is in safe and expert hands. Sarah brings warmth, patience, and a genuine love for animals, creating a calm and loving environment for every pet we care for.

Our daily routine is built around the comfort and well-being of the animals we care for. This includes feeding on schedule, providing fresh water, administering medication when needed, and offering plenty of stimulating playtime, exercise, and cuddles. We adapt our approach to your pet’s habits and personality. Whether they’re shy and sensitive, full of energy, prefer quiet companionship, or have special needs.

Your pet’s safety is always a priority. We maintain close supervision, pay attention to behavioral signals, and follow any specific guidelines you share regarding routines, training cues, or health requirements.

We speak Portuguese, Spanish, and English, and are happy to communicate with you in whichever language you feel most comfortable.
