We’re Joël and Clare, a South African couple now living in Amsterdam, and we’ve always had a deep love for animals. Since moving abroad, we’ve missed the companionship and joy that pets bring, so offering boarding and lodging in our own apartment has become a wonderful way to welcome that energy back into our home while supporting owners who need reliable care.

We provide overnight stays exclusively in our apartment, hosting a maximum of two pets at a time to ensure plenty of attention and a calm environment. Our home is spacious, warm, and shared only by the two of us with no other people or pets. Guest animals are welcome to sleep either in the lounge or the bedroom, depending on what feels most familiar and comfortable for them. We don’t have a backyard, but we make up for it with daily outdoor time.

Our boarding service includes maintaining your pet’s feeding routine, offering up to two walks per day, and ensuring they receive at least one hour of walking daily. We’re also able to administer medication if needed, though we do not offer grooming or training. With our hybrid work schedules, one of us is almost always home, and we make sure pets are never left alone for more than three hours.

Joël is active and loves engaging with energetic dogs, while Clare is a calm homebody who’s always ready for cuddles. Together, we create a balanced, loving environment that suits a wide range of pet personalities. For everyone’s safety, we only host vaccinated animals.
