"Five stars for sure! Weâve had great communication with Joana and met with her before our vacation to see if it clicked with us and our cat Freya. It did and so she came and picked it the key the day before we left. She build a bond with our Freya already and everyday we received pictures/ a video. Sheâs very kind and enthusiastic too. We couldnât recommend Joana more. â¤ď¸ "

"Roza was really wonderful. She clearly understands how to take care of cats and is so sweet and lovely with them. Our cats liked her right away and were properly taken care of even though they require slightly complicated care.
Also, I made a mistake with the booking twice and Roza was very understanding of it and willing to be flexible despite it. I would highly recommend her!"
