Hi, I’m Sarah! 🐾 Originally from the US, I’ve been lucky enough to call Amsterdam home for the past two years. Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and growing up, there was never a time when our house didn’t have a dog (or two!) in it. I’ve always loved the companionship, personality, and unconditional happiness that animals bring into our lives.

I have experience caring for both dogs and cats, including dog walking and fostering cats while living in Washington, DC. I understand that every pet is different, and I love getting to know their individual personalities, routines, quirks, and favorite things. Whether your dog needs an energetic walk, some playtime, cuddles on the couch, or simply a little company while you’re away, I’m happy to make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for.

I’m naturally active and love being outdoors, so going for long walks and exploring new places with a four-legged companion is pretty much my idea of a perfect day! I also love traveling, discovering new places, and, of course, finding great food along the way. I’m currently playing lacrosse for a club in the Netherlands and am also an assistant coach for the Dutch Women’s National Lacrosse Team, so I’m used to being active, responsible, and part of a team.

For me, pet sitting and dog walking isn’t just a job. I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals and want them to feel happy and cared for while you’re away. I know how important it is to feel comfortable leaving your pet with someone you trust, and I’ll treat your furry family member with the same care and attention I would want for my own.

🐕 Dog Walks:
I tailor walks to each dog! Whether your pup prefers a relaxed, easy-going stroll with lots of sniffing or is more energetic and loves to run, I’m happy to adapt. I’m also experienced with running alongside dogs who need to burn off some extra energy.

🏠 Home Visits:
Visits include feeding, fresh water, bathroom breaks, playtime, cuddles, and lots of attention. I’m also happy to follow their usual routine, give medication if needed, and send you photos and updates while you’re away!
