Hi! My name is Despoina, I’m 27 years old and originally from Greece. For the past three years, I have been living in Amsterdam a city I absolutely love, working in marketing. Animals have always been close to my heart, especially dogs. Back home in Athens, my family has a dog named Mailo, who has been with us for over seven years. Since I moved abroad, Mailo stays with my parents, and I miss him deeply. That’s why I decided to become a pet sitter here in Amsterdam—I truly enjoy the company of dogs, and looking after them brings me comfort and joy.

My years of experience caring for Mailo taught me everything from daily walks and proper feeding to playtime, grooming, and offering companionship. More importantly, it taught me patience, responsibility, and how to understand and respond to a dog’s needs. I always treat pets as part of the family, giving them love and attention so they feel safe and happy.

I am responsible, caring, and adaptable to different pets’ personalities and needs. I welcome the opportunity to look after dogs of all sizes and temperaments. For the well-being of every pet in my care, I only accept vaccinated animals.
