Nice to meet you 😊 I'm a 33 y/o English animal lover living in Amsterdam.

I work for myself as a marketing consultant and work from home every day. I love having company whilst i'm working and getting away to a different environment for a few days/ week.

I have been pet sitting now for over 5 years, I have always been raised around animals and have a strong understanding of health, saftey and animal wellbeing care.

Experienced with:

• Rescues

• Puppies

• Elderly dogs

• Administering medication

• Large and small dogs

• Cats

• Multiple pet households

I am patient and calm, and understand that your pets may not be on their best behaviour under my care (afterall, it can cause a lot of stress when owners leave). I will do the best that I can to create the least stressful environment possible for them.

Working from home, I am typically around all day. I also dedicate slots in my day for animal care, particularly those pets with a higher need for play/ brushing/ attention.

I am most interested in longer pet sits and long term pet sitting relationships.

Before we confirm our sit

• Send a quick intro with your dates

• I'll usually respond within the hour

• We can arrange a (free) meet & greet where I will come to your home to meet you and your pets and understand your needs better.

During the meet and greet we can also align on your needs and expectations, for example your preferred amount of contact.

• After confirming the sit, we will arrange the key handover.

When I arrive:

• I'll greet your pets and send an update to you of my arrival.

• I take a quick "before" video of your home for documentation purposes only.

• If needed depending on times I'll feed / walk your pets.

• For the rest of the day I will stay with them, usually working from home.

• You'll receive regular updates of your pets including photos and videos throughout my stay, based on how much you want to be contacted :)

When I leave:

• We'll arrange together how we would like to handle key handover.

• I'll update you when I leave (if I leave before you arrive home)

• I'll take video/ photos of your home when I leave to give you confidence that your home will be well presented and clean for your return.

Other bits!

• I love to provide extra enrichment for your pets! Whether they have a favourite game, toys, enjoy learning tricks or whether there's something special (plain chicken, boiled eggs..) I can make them to ease their nerves of having a new person - please let me know! :)

• I don't usually walk dogs off lead unless they are highly trained off lead and you have explicitly expressed your confidence in their off lead walking and there's an appropriate walking area for off lead. In this case, I would request a test walk with you first to give me confidence in their recall and to bond with your dog. My priority is your dog's safety, so unless I have 100% confidence in their walking environment and recall, I'll keep them on lead.

• I understand if you have door security cameras on your front door or hallway. Please unplug any other pet cams in your home during my stay. If you need to keep one on for any reason, please speak to me first. Un reported cameras found without permission will be turned off and reported.

Generally I only accept sits more than 3 days but occasionally I make exceptions if the home is within easy travel distance.
