Hi! I’m Sonjy, 25, and living in Amsterdam. I’ve always been an animal lover and grew up surrounded by pets, so caring for them has always felt very natural to me. I genuinely love getting to know their little personalities and making sure they feel safe, comfortable and loved while their owners are away. 🤍

I’m quite active and love being outdoors, so dog walks can normally be around 30–60 minutes, depending completely on your dog’s age, energy level and usual routine. I’m just as happy with a long energetic walk as I am taking things slowly with an older or calmer dog.

I can help with dog walking, home visits, day care and pet sitting, and I’m comfortable with both dogs and cats, including larger dogs. During home visits I can feed them, refresh their water, play with them, clean up after them and, of course, give them plenty of attention and cuddles (if they’re the cuddly type 😂).

For day care or longer stays, I prefer to follow your pet’s normal routine as closely as possible: their usual walking and feeding times, sleeping habits and any little rituals they’re used to. I’m flexible with how long a pet can be left alone and would always discuss this with you beforehand — I wouldn’t leave a pet alone for longer than they are normally comfortable with.

I also think communication is super important when someone else is looking after your pet, so expect photos and little updates while they’re with me. 🐾

For me, pet sitting isn’t just making sure they’ve been fed and walked. I want them to actually feel comfortable and have a lovely time while you’re away, basically a little extra love while you’re away 🐈🐈‍⬛🐶🐕🐾🤍
