Animals have been an important part of my life for as long as I can remember. I have extensive experience pet-sitting dogs—from companion dogs to large and working breeds. Over the past year, I’ve cared for a 6-year-old long-haired Dutch Shepherd on a weekly basis, and it was truly a dream. Unfortunately, my own dog passed away recently, leaving a big void. That’s why I now get a lot of joy from looking after other people’s animal friends.

My approach is based on consent and mutual respect: I pay close attention to body language, give space when needed, and strongly believe that plenty of exercise and walks are essential for an animal’s mental well-being.

In addition, I have years of experience with horses (I used to be a rider and trainer) so I’ve been accustomed to working with animals in various environments since I was young. I also get along very well with cats. Over the years, I’ve learned to read their signals and am a calm, stress-free presence that cats quickly feel safe around.

I’m reliable, caring, and always willing to take the owner’s wishes into account. No question is too much; I love thinking along with you to give your pet the best possible care.

As for communication: I speak English, Spanish, and Japanese fluently, and I also have some command of German. Right now, I’m actively learning Dutch, so I’m always open to learning more and improving myself.
