Hi there! My name is Poyu, and I’m currently based in Amsterdam. I work remotely as a software engineer, which gives me a flexible schedule to care for pets with patience and attention. Animals have always been a joyful part of my life, and pet sitting allows me to combine my love for animals with my calm and reliable personality.

My motivation to be a pet sitter comes from our past travel experiences. During our journeys through Europe and Asia, my partner and I often took part in house and pet sitting on Trustedhousesitters. We cared for dogs and cats in different countries, lived in local homes, and supported pet owners while they were away.

I have previous experience caring for both dogs and cats. I’ve looked after multiple medium and large dogs over the years—sometimes even walking several dogs at once—and I’m comfortable managing different breeds, personalities, and energy levels. Whether it’s relaxed neighborhood walks or longer outdoor adventures, I always make sure every dog feels secure, and well-exercised. I’ve also helped friends and family care for their cats, making sure they feel comfortable and safe while their owners are away.

My services include:
