Hi! We’re Yvonne and Mark, a couple from Ireland, living in Amsterdam with our sweet greyhound, Mary. We’re based on Bonairestraat (1058XH), just a short walk from both Rembrandtpark and Vondelpark! 🙂

We live in a ground floor apartment with a private garden, offering plenty of space and a calm environment for visiting balls of fluff. Before moving to Amsterdam in January, we lived in Glasgow where we cared for over 30 different dogs over three years, so we are very used to all shapes, sizes, breeds and temperaments. We’ve also both grown up with dogs and cats, so life with animals is second nature to us.

Mark works as an analyst from home four days a week (except Wednesdays), which means there’s usually someone around for cuddles, toilet breaks, and company. I work Tuesday to Friday as an early years teacher in Amstelveen, so between the two of us, your dog will rarely be alone! 

 Mary is our gentle girl– she’s incredibly calm, tolerant, and affectionate. She’s great with dogs of all sizes and temperaments, and always happy to share her space. We love going for walks with Mary, spending time at local dog-friendly cafés, or just staying in with a furry friend by our side. We are flexible, experienced, and will do our best to make sure your dog feels safe, loved, and comfortable while you’re away.
