Hello! My name is Charlotte and I am 24 years old. I am originally from Germany. I work in compliance for a international company.

I’d be happy to take care of your pet while you are gone for a while. I have 1 cat and in my childhood I also took care of 5 guinea pigs myself so I know how important it is to have someone reliable, kind, and caring to take care of your little ones. I always worry for my pets while I’m gone so I hope I can be a pet sitter that will ease that worry.

My experience comes from having cats and guinea pigs myself and taking care of them as well as regularly catsitting my friend's and neighbour's cats. I respect the autonomy of your pet and will cuddle them as much as they want but I will also leave them alone if they do not want to be touched. I always want to respect an animals personal space and feelings. I also have experience with cats that do not like strangers a lot and/ or are very shy. My own cat has an extreme fear of strangers so I understand that sometimes you need to give cats space to make them feel safe.

I can take care of cats and small animals such as guinea pigs or rabbits, however, since I have little experiences with dogs or birds I do not offer services for these animals. I also can not take anyone home with me since my kitties would get very upset with me :)

My services include

• Feeding your animals (1x a day)
• Buying and preparing fresh veggies for guinea pigs or rabbits
• Staying with your pet for a prolonged time for cuddles, playing time, and company
• Cleaning litterboxes or enclosures
• Grooming your pet
• Letting them out (garden, balcony, if needed)
• Sending regular updates (videos, pictures, texts)
• Watching out for any health issues
• Emergency vet visits
  

Availability:

• I do work full time so I cannot come by 2x a day. Usually evenings.
• I only do catsitting in a 10 minute bike radius from my home - everything else is too far.
