Hi! I’m Maria, a Brazilian master’s student living in Amsterdam, and caring for animals has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up on a farm in Brazil that hosted a biology education project, where children visited to learn about Brazilian wildlife and conservation.

Because of this, I had the chance to care for an incredible variety of animals, including dogs, cats, horses, goats, rabbits, pigs, macaws, owls, turtles, lizards, snakes, spiders, chickens, ducks, and many other rescued and farm animals. Growing up surrounded by so many different species taught me that every animal has its own personality, preferences, and unique needs. No matter their size or species, they all deserve patience, kindness, and love, especially the ones most people are afraid of.

I know how important it is to trust someone with your pet. Whether they’re energetic, shy, senior, or simply love cuddles, I’ll make sure they feel safe, comfortable, happy, and well cared for while you’re away. I’ll treat them with the same love and attention I’ve always given my own animals.
