Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and I love getting to know each cat's unique personality – whether they're confident and playful or prefer a quieter, more independent approach. Being a pet sitter allows me to combine my love of animals with helping owners feel confident that their pets are happy and well cared for while they're away.

I have previous experience working as an Animal Care Assistant at a cat hotel, where I cared for cats with a wide range of personalities and needs. I also hold an NVQ in Animal Care and am confident administering medication when required, always following owners' instructions carefully to ensure their cat's wellbeing.

I understand that being away from their owners can be stressful for some cats, especially those who are shy or anxious. I always take the time to build trust at their pace, using a calm and patient approach. Whether that means sitting quietly nearby, offering gentle encouragement, or simply giving them space, I tailor my care to what makes each individual cat feel most comfortable.

During home visits, I make sure your cat's routine is maintained as closely as possible. This includes feeding, refreshing water, cleaning litter trays, administering medication if needed, and spending quality time with them through play, cuddles, or companionship—whatever they enjoy most. I also carry out a general wellbeing check and am happy to bring in post, water plants, or adjust curtains and lights to help keep your home looking lived in. You'll receive regular updates and photos so you can relax knowing your cat is in safe hands.

As someone who absolutely adores cats, I know how important it is to find someone you trust with your pet. I treat every cat as if they were my own and aim to provide a safe, loving, and stress-free experience for both pets and their owners. The safety and health of all animals is important to me, so I only accept vaccinated pets into my home.
