Hello Hello! ’m Lucy, a friendly, reliable, and experienced pet sitter from Australia, now based in Amsterdam. I have over 10 years of experience caring for animals of all kinds, and I’m especially comfortable with both dogs and cats, including rescue pets and those who need a little extra patience, confidence building, or special care.

Since moving here, I’ve left my own beloved pets back in Australia, so I really value the chance to spend time with yours and give them the same love, attention, and cuddles I’d give my own.

I work in the music industry, which gives me flexible weekday availability. I offer dog walks, home visits, and pet sitting, and I always tailor my care to suit each pet’s individual needs. Dog walks typically range from 30 minutes to over an hour depending on energy levels, whether that’s a more active walk with playtime or a slower, relaxed stroll. For cats, I’m very attentive to their routines whether they’re playful and social or more independent, I’m happy to meet them on their terms and make sure they feel safe and comfortable.

I’m confident following feeding schedules, training routines, and any specific instructions you provide. I understand how important consistency is, especially for cats and more sensitive pets, so I do my best to keep everything familiar while you’re away.

I also prioritise communication, sending regular updates, photos, and check-ins so you can feel reassured that your pet is happy and well cared for. I’m comfortable administering medication, managing special diets, and handling any additional care needs, and I stay calm and proactive in unexpected situations.

I’m calm, intuitive, and genuinely love connecting with animals. Whether your pet is energetic, shy, curious, or a little quirky, I’ll take the time to understand their personality and make sure they feel relaxed and loved.
