Hi! I'm Mariana, a Brazilian living in Amsterdam Noord who has spent most of her life surrounded by animals. Growing up in a farm in Brazil, I always had dogs at home, at one point as many as eight, of all different sizes! Dogs have been a constant in my life, and moving to Amsterdam is genuinely the first time I've lived without them. I miss it every day, and that's a big part of why I'm here on Pawshake.

My experience goes well beyond the basics. I've assisted dogs giving birth multiple times, cared for newborn kittens, looked after elderly dogs with all the extra patience and attention that requires, and administered medication to animals on a regular basis. I know how to read animal behaviour, stay calm in unexpected situations, and adapt to each animal's individual needs and personality.

I offer dog walking and house sitting. I work remotely with a flexible schedule, which means I can genuinely commit to routines, give animals plenty of time and attention, and treat your home and your pet with the same care I'd want for my own.
