Hi everyone!

My name is Joost van der Brugge, I'm 34 years old and live in Amsterdam. I'm a Dutch primary school teacher specialized in physical education and arts & crafts.

My family and I have had a dog for 19 years (see first photo) and, before that, other pets like cats, hamsters and rats. Now I don't have any pets because I can't work from home. I grew up with pets, so I've grown to love them and gotten used to them. They make great companions.

Over the past few years, I've also cared for many cats (see photos) for friends who were away for  holidays. The cats would stay with me, or I would stay at my friends place. From walking them to being their companion, from grooming them to playing. I do it all with love and passion. I have experience with cats, dogs, and small rodents. Demanding and less demanding.

During my school holidays, I have plenty of free time and would be happy to take care of your dog or cat. Around schoolholidays I'm available all days of the week all day. During a general week I'm available on Fridays, Saturdays and Sunsays. See my full availability in the schedule. 

Therefore I offer all the services on this app to gain some experience. I also can help you by watering the plants and picking up the mail
