Hi! My name is Shelmi, and caring for animals has always been a natural and meaningful part of my life. I’m a lifelong dog lover and a proud dog parent to a friendly, well-socialized Bernedoodle, so I truly understand how important it is to leave your pet with someone you can trust. My motivation for becoming a pet sitter comes from wanting to offer other pet owners the same peace of mind I would want for my own dog—knowing they are safe, loved, and genuinely cared for, not just supervised.

I work remotely with a flexible schedule, which allows me to be present throughout the day for walks, playtime, feeding, and companionship. I don’t rush care or treat it as a checklist; I focus on your pet’s individual personality, routine, and comfort level. Whether your dog is energetic and playful or calm and sensitive, I adapt my care to their needs.

I have hands-on experience with daily walks, feeding routines, basic training reinforcement, and administering medication when needed. I’m also very mindful about health and safety and only accept vaccinated pets into my home to ensure a safe environment for everyone.

My goal is to create a calm, loving, home-like atmosphere where your pet feels relaxed and happy while you’re away. I treat every animal as if they were my own and take this responsibility seriously.
