Hi! I’m Leonie, a passionate and reliable pet sitter based in the Netherlands. I grew up with pets and have looked after animals for other people, so I know how to make your furry friend feel safe and loved when you’re not around.

I offer dog walking and day sitting for both dogs and cats. My walks last around 45 to 60 minutes and I always adapt to the energy and pace of your dog, whether they’re a playful puppy, an energetic adult dog or a calm older dog. I’m patient and attentive, and I know how to stay calm when a dog shows nervous or overly excited behaviour.

During walks I always keep safety in mind. I keep dogs on the leash near busy roads and only let them off in safe, open areas, and only if the owner has given permission. In case of any unexpected situation, I stay calm and act quickly.

When I sit for cats, I make sure they feel comfortable at their own pace,I never force interaction and always respect their space.

Throughout every walk or sit, you’ll receive regular photo updates so you can relax knowing your pet is in good hands. I speak both Dutch and English, so feel free to contact me in either language!
